About Joel
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and have spent the last 8 years teaching piano to students of various ages and levels. My journey as a teacher has been shaped by a belief in patient guidance and creative methods, helping each student find their own musical voice through structured, engaging lessons. Beyond teaching, I have accompanied choirs, performed at recitals, and composed beginner-friendly piano arrangements. These experiences enrich my teaching with real-world perspective and allow me to provide tips for both solo performance and ensemble collaboration. Every piano lesson begins with core fundamentals that build strong technique and hand coordination. We focus on posture, finger strength, and basic rhythm to ensure students gain control and comfort on the keyboard.
