About Lizemarie
Hi! I’m Lize-Marie Els, and I’m 25 years old. I’m a qualified teacher and personal trainer with a strong background in science and education. I hold a BSc degree in Physiology and Microbiology, and during my studies, I also explored Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, and Biochemistry—so I understand the bigger picture when it comes to science! After graduating, I started teaching English online and quickly discovered how much I enjoy helping others learn. That passion led me to complete my PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), qualifying me as a Natural Sciences and Life Sciences teacher. I also spent time as a teaching intern, where I primarily taught Grade 8–9 Math and occasionally Grade 10 Math. These experiences deepened my love for teaching and shaped the way I approach each lesson—with care, flexibility, and a genuine desire to inspire a love for learning. Whether we’re tackling tricky biology topics, working through a math problem, or building confidence in science, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
