About Katie
With over four years of tutoring experience, I have worked with students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 across a wide range of subjects. As a Bachelor of Science graduate and current Bachelor of Education student at the University of Alberta, I combine strong subject knowledge with effective teaching strategies. I explain concepts in multiple ways until they click, regularly check for understanding, and encourage students to teach concepts back to me in their own words. My goal is not just to help students get the right answer, but to build their confidence and develop independent problem-solving skills.
