I have always liked giving presentations in my career. A student for me is like a kid and I will be like a tutor who is friendly, calm and composed. My approach towards students will be firm but not very hard as communication automatically comes out when the fear is released from a person's mind. During my lectures, I present myself formally and will also ask questions to my students to gauge if they know or are they only listening to the class while their attention is somewhere else. Apart from this, if there is any format that I need to follow if provided I can. I do not have any such formats to be true as public speaking is more of a psychology and not something that is instructions for me I feel.
