I am a final year Bachelor of Education student. I have a 1 year full time teaching experience. I specialize in the field of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. I have been a tutor for a small group of grade 6 learners for Maths at a primary school.

My teaching method is based on drawing from the learner's prior knowledge. I use that to see what still needs to be reinforced before moving on to the next topic. I believe in interacting lessons, where the learner will feel free to ask questions when they do not understand. My teaching methodology is learner-based. This means that, my focus is on the learner and the lessons I give will be structured in such a way that the needs of the learner are catered for.
