About Bertrand
I have a bachelor in computer science (programming and electronics). I master the web, databases, and basics of the blockchain. I worked in many types of organisations (public, private, non-profit), of various sizes (startup, multinational, SME), in many sectors (government, waste management, trade union, petrochemical, public transport, ...), sometimes with many different nationalities.
I gave trainings for adults, followed classical pedagogy courses, but also powerful coaching courses that allow me to adapt to any personal learning style.
I have a lot of experience in open source, mainly the javascript ecosystem. I am trained in collective intelligence, so I can use postures that adapt to each group.
I keep on training in all these areas :-)

I co-founded an alternative school with self-directed learning, so I practice a gentle and self-motivated pedagogy. The course is different for each person!
I begin a course cycle by setting objectives for the cycle, and let the person(s) revisit these objectives based on what arises. A course cycle spans 1 to ... as many sessions as you wish.
The sessions use elements of coaching that reinforce the best in everyone (including myself) and invite to extend the comfort zones (including mine).
