About KAREN
I'm a Freelance writer in the UK and I work across mediums, so I work in TV, radio, film and theatre - inbetween notes I try to help aspiring writers as other well known writer helped me. I am always working and have my own deadlines but I will try to stick to our agreed sessions.

I can't teach talent but I can maybe help you with problems, how to think differently and ask the right questions. If you want me to read a script this probably isn't the platform, you need to send it to someone who will give you notes. I'll suggest people when you get to that place. This is more about helping you start and thinking about the process, moving you on if you have writing experience. So the way I'll work with you will depend upon what stage you are at - it's a craft so we do have to work at it.

My son is very dyslexic. He goes to loads of interventions but nothing beats the one to one tuition that Karen offers. Karen is fab with children. She tailors her tuition to individual needs and delivers it would good humour and good pace. Very highly recommended. Jane

Karen sometimes does personal one to ones in London Manchester or Liverpool and occassionally will run a private group class or masterclass.
