About DAVE
I am an award winning musician and I would offer “real music business world skills” experience into my classrooms. I have found in turn that the students have a fun, educational and artistic approach to learning music which expands their knowledge and appreciation of music. Some of the tools and techniques I have used in the classroom include hands-on experience with music technology such as GarageBand and other software, music performance which includes playing instruments and/or singing, and creative music writing including song writing. To further increase my students’ appreciation of music, I have introduced and helped them explore various genres of music such as classical, jazz, folk, rock and beyond.

My calling in life is to show students the possibilities of music and ultimately life AND how those possibilities can enrich and change one's life.
I love what I am doing and feel I have a lot to offer to any program, not only with teaching music, but also with supporting and inspiring students to reach their goals. It's time for me to give back my knowledge of 40 years+ in the music business
