As a student, I understand how it is to spend an hour in a class. Depending on our interest levels, one hour could feel like 20 weeks or even 20 minutes. By relating my studies to examples from everyday life, I find studying and teaching interesting. Consequently, the brain keeps hold of it for a long time. Although I am not much good at painting, I love things like calligraphy (I have learned a few fonts like Fraktur calligraphy and handlettering) so, I make notes using them much like what you can see on pinterest, studygram, and studytubes. I provide lessons for school students.
