About Zain
I'm Zain, a CAD and technical design tutor supporting learners in Toronto and online across Canada.
I teach AutoCAD, SketchUp and CATIA.
AutoCAD lessons cover accurate drafting, layers, dimensions, layouts and plotting.
SketchUp supports rapid 3D concepts, while CATIA develops constrained sketches and parametric engineering models.
I explain each topic in clear steps before moving to guided practice.
Students create clean drawings, editable models and organised project files.
Lessons suit beginners, secondary and university students, and designers improving CAD skills.
You can bring your syllabus, assignment, past paper or project brief to the lesson.
I adapt the pace, examples and feedback to your current level and deadline.
My goal is to help you build a reliable workflow and produce work you can confidently present.

3. AutoCAD can include drafting, layers, blocks, dimensions, layouts and technical drawings.
4. SketchUp can support rapid modelling and presentation, while CATIA can cover sketch constraints, parametric parts, assemblies and engineering design intent.
5. You will work directly in the software, correct common errors and learn why each operation is used.
6. Your assignment, portfolio or project file can guide the session.
7. With the new term approaching, we can build a focused plan around your syllabus, exams and project deadlines.
8. The aim is a clean deliverable, stronger software confidence and a clear next design milestone.
