About Alex
I am a psychotherapist, writer and author. I have spent 10 years working in the field of journalism and mental health and have long-standing experience in education. I have worked as a teaching assistant in a French speaking school, mentored and been a youth worker. I support men and boys with their mental health and emotional literacy.
I want to teach as a way of delving into the things I love: working with people want to do better, read more and write clearly .
