Hi! I’m Panita from Bangkok, Thailand. I’m passionate about Thai cooking. I believe that cooking is not just about following recipes — it’s about understanding flavors, culture, and having fun in the kitchen.
In my class, you’ll learn how to create authentic Thai dishes step by step, using simple techniques and ingredients you can find anywhere. You don’t need any experience or special tools — just bring your curiosity and love for food! Whether you're a total beginner, a home cook, or someone who wants to connect more deeply with Thai culture.

Teaching Method I teach Thai cooking through a hands-on, step-by-step approach. You’ll learn by doing — tasting, adjusting, and understanding the balance of Thai flavors.
I also share cultural stories behind each dish to make your learning experience more meaningful. You’ll learn how to balance the four key flavors of Thai food — spicy, salty, sweet, and sour — and make popular dishes like:
- Pad Thai
- Green Curry (Gaeng Keow Wan)
- Tom Yum Soup
- Papaya Salad (Som Tum)
- Mango Sticky Rice
I’m a native Thai with 10+ years of teaching experience. My classes are practical, beginner-friendly, and full of real Thai cooking techniques — no fancy tools needed. You'll feel like you're cooking with a local friend.
It’s perfect for beginners, home cooks, expats, food lovers, and travelers. No experience or Thai language required — just a passion for Thai food!
