About Onowan
I am a passionate Nigerian home cook who enjoys sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Nigerian cuisine. I have years of experience preparing authentic dishes such as jollof rice, egusi soup, fried rice, and traditional stews for family and community events. I believe cooking is a beautiful way to connect with culture, and I teach in a patient, structured, and encouraging way. My goal is to help you gain confidence in the kitchen while learning the techniques, ingredients behind each dish.

I also provide a detailed ingredient list and recipe guide after each class so you can practise independently.
