About Keondre
Hi! My name is Keondre, and I am a student at The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed strong skills in mathematics, problem-solving, and technology while maintaining a commitment to helping others learn and succeed.
In addition to my studies, I have experience working as a coding instructor, where I teach students how to think critically, solve problems, and build confidence in their abilities. This experience has strengthened my communication skills and taught me how to explain concepts in ways that are engaging and easy to understand.
I believe every student is capable of success with the right support and guidance. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, overcoming challenges, and reaching their academic goals. Whether you need help with math, computer science, or study strategies, I am committed to helping you build both skills and confidence.

Hi, I'm Keondre, a University of Texas at Austin student and experienced instructor who is passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.
My teaching approach focuses on understanding rather than memorization. I believe students learn best when concepts are broken down into simple, manageable steps and connected to real-world examples. Every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each student's learning style, pace, and goals.
A typical lesson begins with identifying the student's strengths, challenges, and objectives. We then review key concepts, work through examples together, and practice solving problems independently. Throughout the lesson, I encourage questions and provide guidance that helps students develop strong problem-solving skills and confidence in their abilities.
What sets me apart is my combination of academic achievement and teaching experience. As a University Honors student at UT Austin and a coding instructor who has worked with students of different ages and skill levels, I understand how to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing as learners.
I offer tutoring for elementary, middle school, and high school students in mathematics, including arithmetic, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and other foundational math topics. I also provide support in computer science, programming fundamentals, Scratch, introductory Python, study skills, and general academic success strategies.
Whether a student is looking to improve grades, prepare for exams, strengthen foundational skills, or gain confidence in math and technology, I am committed to helping them reach their goals and become more independent learners.
