About Laura
My name is Laura, I am an AuADHD person who has had to develop myself within teaching and professional life. I have spent the last 5 years working with a variety of Occupational therapists and Speech and language therapists developing and trying skills and learning to help manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm in personal and professional environments. I have worked with young people with severe needs as well as adults who have received late diagnosis. I want to enable and assist people to have healthy personal management skills so they can develop further in their own lives.

Perfect! Extremely detailed with attention to detail and a passion for what she does. Onwards and upwards we hope. Most importantly she gets my child.
