My training methods shift to meet the needs of my clientele and to whatever method allows them to retain the most from each session. My goal is not only to teach you how to properly move your body, but the science behind why your body moves the way it does. I also believe in teaching my clients how to be self sufficient so they do not need to rely on a trainer long term!
