About Katrina
I have been giving private trainings to children and teenagers for 3 years now.
As I have trained with coaches that prepare athletes for the Olympic games, I have acquired the best strategies for exercising and workout plans. Moreover, I have worked with physiotherapists, therefore, I have a good base knowledge of how to correctly do exercises to avoid any trauma in the future.

The workouts vary from 50 minutes to 1h30minutes. During our workouts, we will focus on strengthing all your muscles and finding the right approach to sports and your body's wellbeing.
Furthermore, we will try to create long-lasting motivation by focusing on the mental benefits of keeping your body active and healthy.
