About Sean
I am a passionate artist and coach in the central Texas region. After 10 years in the US Army, I left as a Captain to pursue a career as a painter and started training in atelier methods. In addition to making commissions and collections, I coach for local youth sports teams from kindergarten through high school. With this I have training and certification in kids recreational activities as a mandatory reporter.

Train with me in atelier style drawing and oil painting methods with still life arrangements and landscape en Plein air from life. We can do a critique of your portfolio and find goals for your to work towards together. Some activities we will do to improve your skills are a solid sketchbook practice, drawing with gesture, studying color relationships, and learning how to form an artist statement.
