About Rihanshi
Hi! I’m Rihanshi. I graduated from Narrabundah College in 2025. I enjoy working with students and helping them build confidence in their learning, and I’d describe myself as friendly, patient and organized.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing tennis, violin, reading and volunteering. I have also coached younger tennis players and supported children with disabilities and additional learning needs through Together Including Every Student (TIES), experiences that have strengthened my communication skills and ability to adapt to different students.

My goal as a tutor is to help students develop a strong understanding of concepts rather than simply memorising methods or answers. I tailor my approach to each student’s individual needs, first identifying any gaps in foundational knowledge and then using clear explanations, guided examples and targeted practice before progressing to more challenging and independent questions.
For senior students, I take an organised approach to learning and assessment preparation. I help students create curriculum-aligned topic summaries and review guides to consolidate their understanding, and use targeted practice and exam-style questions to prepare for assessments. I also help students plan ahead and stay ahead of their coursework, allowing sufficient time for revision and exam preparation.
For UCAT Decision Making and Quantitative Reasoning, I focus on efficient, repeatable strategies for each question type. I teach students how to quickly recognise different question types, break down complex problems, identify efficient approaches and manage their time effectively under UCAT conditions.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are tailored to the student’s current level, goals and upcoming coursework or assessments.
I graduated from Narrabundah College with an ATAR of 99.50 and have over 150 hours of individual and group tutoring experience. I also achieved 800 in Decision Making (DM) and 900 in UCAT Quantitative Reasoning (QR).
I offer tutoring from primary through to Year 12, including Mathematics, Science, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology and primary English, as well as UCAT tutoring in DM and QR.
