About Vito
Vito, born in Cairo in 1986
He started acting alongside his law studies in Cairo. Interested in the body he studied in the modern dance school at the Cairo Opera under the direction of Walid Aouni, then joined the Cairo Contemporary Dance Workshop Studio Emad Eddin and Laurence Rondoni 2008 – 2011, Takween (Beirut ) Maqamat Dance Theater and Company of Sasha Waltz 2010. Then very concerned with The question of choreographic studies, he joined the Essays Master dance training, creation and performance course, CNDC national center for contemporary dance in Angers under the direction of Emmanuelle Huynh, in partnership with the University of Paris 8 and the School of Fine Arts of Angers 2011-2013
Since I encountered dance, I found how to express myself and express my feelings. How to speak and let people guess what I mean. How to share something with individuals and invite spirits to converse, here and now. It is this dialogue between the dancing body and the mind and feelings of the public. How this conversation can open the mind and touch the human feeling so as to ask questions without naming the circumstances. Daring to dance directly what the body feels, here and now, letting it happen, daring to feel between the limits of the impulses, letting the public and the dancing body melt together for a moment. The revelation is in the body.
Inspired by the human spiritual heritage and the performing aspect of its rituals. My work is my own journey seeking knowledge seeking Harmony and Identity.

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga. Works on the synchronization of the breath with a series of progressive postures. The Ashtanga Yoga system pays balanced attention to the development of strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
Session built on 1h: 1h30, with a warm-up adapted to the theme of the session, a flow of postures and a final relaxation. Each session is adapted to each level, offering variations from beginner to advanced. At the beginning of each session, we will take the time to anchor ourselves and concentrate through breathing exercises and meditation to prepare for the practice of asanas.
Once the body and mind are well prepared, the sequences could accelerate in order to produce intense internal heat allowing purification and elimination of toxins from muscles and organs.
