About Adrien
Originally a musician (professional saxophonist and conservatory professor), I discovered yoga by chance when I moved to a new city. It was a revelation, and I have dedicated myself to it body and soul ever since. A graduate of the Ashtanga Yoga Paris school (a Yoga Alliance International-recognized teacher training program), under Linda Munro and Gérald Disse, I also study with Sathu Jois, granddaughter of Pattabhi Jois (creator of the Ashtanga system), who carries on this tradition directly. I continue my training with internationally renowned teachers such as Kristina Karitinou, Ron Reid, and Eddie Stern. I have ultimately made a complete career change to become an Ashtanga teacher and now teach in several studios in Nice (Mysore program, guided classes, and themed workshops).

A dynamic, progressive, and profoundly transformative yoga system, this practice has a therapeutic dimension, engaging the entire body (including the deep muscles), the gaze, and the breath. Physically intense, the focus on breath and its synchronization with movement allows you to enter a particular meditative state that transcends effort, from which you can gradually reap psychological and nervous benefits alongside the more obvious physical ones. My expertise as an advanced practitioner and professional teacher allows me to adapt each class to the needs and abilities of the students at any given time, in order to best support you in a balance between pushing your limits and gentleness. Classes are 1 hour long initially, then can evolve up to 1.5 hours depending on the progress and desires of the students. Private or small group classes available. €60 for 1 person, €80 for 2, €90 for 3, €100 for 4 or more
