About Katherine
I’m friendly, patient and genuinely enjoy helping people find their creative confidence.
No two projects are the same, so I’ll meet you where you are — whether you have too many ideas, absolutely no idea where to start, or just need another pair of eyes on your work.
I’m happy to work at your pace, ask lots of questions and help you figure things out without taking over your project.

I’m here to make Art & Textiles feel a little less daunting and a lot more enjoyable!
I offer relaxed, one-to-one support for GCSE, A-level students and university students, whether you’re stuck on an idea, need help developing your coursework, want feedback on your sketchbook or are putting together a portfolio.
I like to work collaboratively rather than telling you what your work should look like. We can chat through ideas, explore different directions, look at artists and designers for inspiration, and work out practical next steps to move your project forward.
I have a BA (Hons) in Textile Print Design and a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design from Chelsea College of Art & Design, plus professional experience in the fashion and creative industries.
I also offer portfolio advice for students applying to foundation, university or other creative courses.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes and can be online or local to Surrey/ Greater London.
