MY TEACHING METHOD IS THAT I DO NOT TEACH THE STUDENTS, I AM ONLY THEIR FRIEND, PHILOSOPHER AND GUID. I SHALL BECOME AS GURDENER HOW WILL LOOK AFTER THE CHIELDERN FLOWER TO BLOOM. MY TEACHING METHOD IS BASED ON NATURE. MY STUDENTS WILL BE GUIDED BY THE LESSON OF NATURE. I DO NOT BELIVE IN PUNISHMENT. LOVE AND AFFECTION WILL PLAY VERY IMPORTANT ROLE IN MY TEACHING.
