I’m a Maths tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience and a BSc in Pure Mathematics. I specialise in helping students understand the mathematics that drives artificial intelligence and machine learning. My lessons focus on key ideas like gradient descent and optimisation algorithms used to train intelligent models. I also teach linear algebra in a clear, practical way, especially its role in building and understanding neural networks. Probability theory is another core area I cover, with special attention to Bayesian inference and decision-making under uncertainty.
I’ve guided many aspiring data scientists and future AI developers through these challenging topics. I enjoy turning abstract theory into clear, logical steps that actually make sense. Some lessons go deep, while others stay simple and intuitive. I always adapt my approach to match each student’s goals and background. Understanding matters more to me than memorisation.
Maths becomes powerful when you see how it’s used in real systems. My aim is to build confidence, clarity, and strong problem-solving skills.
