About Lily
"Intermediate learners and grade exam candidates often find that their technical growth hits a plateau after years of independent practice. My role is to bridge this gap by offering a disciplined approach to electric technique and complex chord transitions. Having guided 359 students through the nuances of blues progressions and ear training, I understand how to refine a player's natural intuition.
My Master of Music degree from the Royal Northern College of Music informs how I structure every session for self-taught players and kids. I provide clear pathways for mastering tuning, maintenance, and the subtle art of phrasing.
