About Kim
Hi, I’m Kim Mills, a communicator, educator, and organizer at heart. I’ve spent the last decade working across education, business, and community spaces, helping people connect, speak confidently, and get things done with purpose. Right now, I teach Public Speaking at Pellissippi State Community College, where I help students find their voice and grow their confidence in front of an audience. I’m also heavily involved in my local school community, leading programming and events that bring families, teachers, and students together. Outside the classroom, I manage a family-run real estate business where I’ve worn many hats from coordinating investments, managing tenants, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. At the core of everything I do is a love for clear communication, thoughtful leadership, and empowering others. Whether I’m planning an event, coaching someone on their next big presentation, or building a partnership, I believe in showing up with intention, heart, and a whole lot of hustle. Fun fact: I’m bilingual in English and Vietnamese, and I love helping people from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and supported.
