About Refiloe Kgole
My name is Refiloe Lesego Kgole, I'm doing my 1st year in finance at Tut.
1. *I struggled with these subjects too* - I know what “debits vs credits” confusion feels like. So I teach the way I wish someone taught me: step-by-step, no jargon.
2. *Business/Econ is everywhere* - Money, jobs, inflation, how companies work... These subjects = real life skills. I want learners to actually use this after school, not just pass and forget.
3. *The “lightbulb moment”* - Nothing beats seeing a learner go from “I don’t get it” to “Oh, that’s all it is?” in one lesson. That’s why I teach Accounting, Business Studies & Economics because these subjects build money + business skills for life. I struggled with them in school, so I break them down step-by-step.

*1. Accounting*
From debits/credits confusion → confidence. We break journals, ledgers, financial statements, VAT, and cash flow into step-by-step methods. Heavy focus on past papers + common exam mistakes so you stop losing marks. Grades 10-12, CAPS aligned.
*2. Business Studies*
Learn how business actually works, not just memorization. We cover business environments, management, marketing, finance + ethics with real SA examples. I teach you how to structure 8-mark/12-mark answers so you get full marks, not half marks. Essays + case studies made easy.
*3. Economics*
Make sense of demand/supply, GDP, inflation, markets without the jargon. We link theory to SA news + everyday life so it sticks. Graphs, calculations, essays — all practiced with exam-style questions. Perfect if you struggle with "explain" and "evaluate" questions.
