About Marissa
University freshmen and career switchers form the core of my student base. 3 years of teaching experience underpins my approach. I hold a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from MIT Sloan.
My focus includes depreciation methods and ledgers and trial balance. Managerial accounting and financial statements are key topics. GAAP fundamentals and accrual vs cash basis concepts are also covered. The material just stays consistent.
