First Lesson is FREE !!! (1 hour):

The first lesson is a set lesson on "How to make Fluffy Thin Crepes (Pancakes)"; and I am providing this lesson for FREE! This will allow me to get to know you better, to learn more about what you want to accomplish as a cook, and to help me establish rapport and a good student/tutor relationship with you.

As I don't want the first lesson to be too complicated; and also so that I have time to get to know you, your needs and wants - I prefer to set it ... hence, it will be on "How to make Fluffy Thin Crepes".

Session Preparations

Please ensure you have purchased the ingredients you will require for the cooking session prior to the session start time.

Note: We can also arrange to hold a Ingredients Shopping Session ($25 / hr) during which time you will learn more about where to buy your speciality Mediterranean ingredients in Brisbane, and how to select the freshest vegetables and fruits when shopping.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Please advise me of cancellation at least 48 hours PRIOR to the Booked Session Date if you want to receive a full refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made WITHIN 48 hours of the Booked Session Date will FORFEIT the total session fees, and no refund will be provided.
