About Sharmilaa
Hi! I’m Miss Sha — Your Future Math & Science Tutor!
Currently pursuing my studies in Applied Science, with a dream of becoming a biologist in a medical laboratory or a Biology & Science educator.
But more than just studying science, I have a strong passion for teaching and helping students understand what they learn — not simply memorize it.
I believe that every student learns differently. Some understand better through visuals, some through simple explanations, practice questions, discussions, or step-by-step guidance. That’s why my approach is to personalize my teaching according to each student’s learning style, level and weaknesses.
What I aim to help you with:
• Build a strong foundation in Math & Science
• Understand difficult concepts in a simpler way
• Identify and improve weak topics
• Master answering techniques & exam strategies
• Practice questions with proper guidance
• Build confidence before examinations
• Work towards achieving the best results you are capable of!
Time & day can be arranged according to your availability.

Hi, I’m Miss Sha!
I’m currently pursuing Applied Science after graduating from a Pure Science stream, and teaching has always been something I’m genuinely passionate about.
One thing I love about teaching is understanding that +every student has their own way of studying. I’m interested in learning how each student studies, what methods work best for them, where they struggle, and what we can improve together — especially when examinations are approaching. 🤍
My tutoring approach
I understand that sitting in front of a screen for 1 hour 30 minutes continuously can be tiring, especially for younger students.
So instead of making every minute of the lesson a video call, I’d like to make the learning experience more comfortable and effective:
1 hour LIVE online class
→ Explanation of concepts
→ Interactive learning
→ Questions & discussions
→ Guided practice
30 minutes GUIDED CHAT SUPPORT
→ Students complete their assigned homework
→ Send their answers to me through chat
→ I review and guide them on their mistakes
→ Students can ask questions when they get stuck
This allows the student to learn, practise and receive feedback without feeling overwhelmed.
And when examinations are just around the corner?
I’m more than happy to provide additional revision sessions when needed, because I know how stressful exam season can be. I want my students to feel that they have someone supporting them throughout their preparation — not only during the scheduled classes
