About Natalie
I have a lot of hands-on experience and background knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, which is a research-based science proven to improve cognitive functioning and social communication in children and adults with autism spectrum disorders. I encourage academic independence and will never push a student past their intellectual limit, in order to keep motivation high and inattentiveness, boredom, and problem behaviors low.

I apply a lot of Applied Behavior Analysis procedures when I am teaching students with neurodevelopmental difficulties, as this seems to encourage the most cognitive growth and academic progress. I offer lots of positive reinforcement and encourage social communication of goals. I also aim to make learning fun and easy!
