By receiving education in Australia and China, I think different education systems and teaching styles not only shape student's academic performance but also their personalities. I believe the best teaching method should be applied in torturing is to fit the student's learning style. In this sense, I would like to spend time to get know my student a little bit more, such as their golds, demands, difficulties. After that, I would adjust my teaching style and provide a detailed teaching plan including the longer-term goals and shorter-term goals. For each class, I will follow the learning plan, and inspire students to learn and review systematically. Besides, I fully understand the importance of exams and assignments, thus, I would like to give concentrated class before the due days.
