My journey began with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual narratives, propelling me into the heart of animation production. Over the years, I have navigated the ever-evolving landscape of digital tools and techniques, mastering software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Krita, Blender, and Autodesk Maya. As the founder and proprietor of a successful animation studio, I have not only honed my craft but also cultivated a keen understanding of the business side of animation. My teaching method combines the principles of animation, particularly the renowned 'Disney method,' with contemporary digital workflows using software like Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Krita, Blender, and Autodesk Maya. Drawing from over 30 years of professional experience in hand-drawn and 3D animation narrative content production, including my role as a successful studio owner, I offer students a unique perspective and deep expertise in the field.
Lessons are designed for students aged 15 and above with basic computer skills. Each lesson follows a structured approach, starting with fundamental concepts and gradually progressing to a holistic exploration of narrative content creation tailored to each student's artistic style. Throughout the course, students engage in interactive activities such as demonstrations, practice exercises, and personalized feedback sessions to reinforce learning and foster creativity.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my unwavering commitment to student success and my ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
