About Rosie
For the past 3.5 years I have taught in Further Education colleges, delivering subjects ranging from animal behaviour to ecology & conservation. I have taught in colleges with just 35 students up to colleges with hundreds of students and I still maintain the same level of support.

I am an experienced level 2 Animal Care & level 3 Animal Management lecturer. My general teaching style is more directed towards developing research and study skills in my students, rather than simple note-taking. My previous students have enjoyed my lesson structure, which start with a little Q&A and then moves on to me giving students some background information (introductory information or recent developments on a topic), students usually then do some independent activities/work/research and lessons finish with a recap Q&A. I'm extremely interested in the subjects I teach; therefore, I can be expected to discuss around the lesson topic based on information I have come across in my spare time or experience from my time in industry. I am also happy to take suggestions from students and shape the following lessons around subjects/topics they are interested in learning about. This is something my previous students have enjoyed and embraced.
