About Mauricio
I am a certified Animal Flow instructor and also a Vinyasa Chakra 200hrs. Yin & Restore Yoga 200hrs Teacher . Ive been practicing Animal Flow since 2019 and would like to share this with you if you're up to trying a fun, new and different training program.

Animal Flow is a system that bridges the gap between all other physical practices, in pursuit of previously unknown levels of physical proficiency. The overall goal of the system is to improve the connection, communication, and function of the human animal. Being ground-based facilitates the process of making the experience someone has in their human body a much better one.
You'll start moving and connecting with your body in different ways that you probably havent before, it's lots of fun and challenging and will keep you motivated to keep going and practicing.
