About Maria
Hey, I’m Maria! My mission is to create a space where you can feel free to explore movement and truly connect with your body. I’ve performed internationally and trained extensively and what I love most is sharing that knowledge with my students. My classes are all about body love, health, fitness, and self-expression. Whether you're working on strength, flexibility, or simply enjoying the joy of movement, I’m here to support you genius and sensuality to come to life and thrive! I’m all about creating a welcoming and non-judgmental space, where everyone feels safe to learn and grow at their own pace. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to take your skills to the next level. Let’s dance!

I offer a dynamic and empowering dance experience that blends Contemporary Dance and Burlesque. My teaching is focused on body love, expression, and gaining strength and flexibility. Techniques and Methodology Each class emphasises interoceptive body awareness, and creative movement. I use technique drills, improvisation, and choreography to help you connect deeply with your body, improve fitness, and embrace your sensuality and confidence. Typical Length of a Lesson Lessons typically last from 30-60 minutes, including warm-ups, technique work, choreography, and a cool-down. Qualifications/Experience With years of international performance experience and extensive training, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my teaching. I am a Professional dancer and Actress, Embodied Psycho-Somatic Facilitator, Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. Who the Lessons Are For My classes are suitable for all levels and ages.
