About Erika
I am an independent singer/songwriter. I was a Top 10 Finalist on American Idol Season 11. I studied vocal performance and production & engineering at Berklee College of Music and I've been a vocal coach for 15 years.
I released my first album in 2013. The record was nominated for two New England music awards for Album of the Year and Indie Artist of the Year.
I've coached hundreds of students, many who have gone on to record their own music, perform internationally, land tv and commercial spots, and receive music scholarships for college.

I teach every level of student from beginner to advanced. I specialize in contemporary vocals, but I have a background in classical and musical theatre as well.
I cater my lessons to my students individual needs and goals. I never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every student is different, and I begin all of my lessons with a consultation to determine my students current skill set and desires for improvement.
All of my lessons include a warm-up, technique exercises and song performance.

Details
Lessons are purchased at the start of the month. Most students take weekly lessons, but I also offer bi-weekly and once-monthly package options. If the student needs to cancel/reschedule and provides 24 hour notice, I will do my best to accommodate a time change for the makeup lesson.
