About Cody
I have 6 years of experience as a violin tutor, teaching students from different backgrounds including school students, college learners, and working professionals. I am dedicated to helping students grow in their musical journey and develop a strong interest in music. My teaching philosophy is based on simplicity, patience, and structured learning.
I believe that every student can learn violin with the right guidance and regular practice. I start with strong basics such as posture, bowing technique, rhythm, and note reading, and then gradually guide students towards advanced lessons. I use simple explanations and practical exercises to make learning easy and effective.
I have successfully taught more than 150 students, many of whom have developed confidence and improved their skills. I maintain a friendly and supportive environment. My aim is to make violin learning enjoyable and meaningful.

My teaching methodology focuses on building both skill and confidence in violin learning. I use real-life examples and simple situations to explain concepts like rhythm, pitch, tone, and musical expression so students can easily connect and apply them. I start with strong fundamentals such as posture, bow control, and finger placement, and gradually move to more advanced techniques.
I believe in steady progress, so I teach step by step and ensure students understand each concept clearly. I also design lessons based on individual learning styles and goals. I keep communication open and encourage students to ask questions without hesitation.
I provide regular feedback and motivate them to improve consistently. I follow honesty, patience, and dedication in my teaching. Along with violin, I also teach music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, and performance skills.
