About Hazel
I am a final-year MEng Mechanical Engineering student at Imperial College London. I have completed A-levels in mathematics, further mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Alongside my studies, I have developed practical problem-solving and communication skills through engineering design projects and technical workshop experience. I have also supported fellow students in both academic and project settings, helping to explain complex concepts in a clear and approachable way. I am patient, reliable, and focused on building confidence. My aim is to help students improve their grades while also developing long-term independent problem-solving skills.

I aim to help students understand fundamental concepts to reduce the need for memorisation. Primarily I focus on using worked examples and practice questions to build confidence, problem-solving skills, and understand exam structuring.
Lessons are typically 1-2 hour long and I will adjust lessons to each student's level and needs.
My lessons are suitable for GCSE and A-Level students studying Maths, Physics, and related STEM subjects.
