About Krissie
I have an Undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate degree in Low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Children and Young People. My background is in cognitive behavioural therapy, particularly in improving wellbeing. I have experience working with children and young people on things such as self-esteem, anger management, low mood, anxiety, sleep, and of course stress management which all of us face in our lives.

I work with both individuals and groups. I use a goal-based approach so I put a great emphasis on understanding my client's needs and putting practical things in place to help them achieve their short-term goals and make appropriate steps tlwards achieving their long-term goals.
