I have many years of dealing with algebra both for my love of working with it and tutoring my family and friends through their algebra class. I am one of those people who likes to do math for fun and a seeker for opportunities to apply algebra.

My teaching method is by slowly teaching the steps in algebraic concepts slowly and making sure the student repeats back to me what the steps are. I aim to get as much student involvement and interaction as possible so they stay engaged and know that I care for them. I much rather they get an answer wrong but show they are trying than me teach an entire lesson and only see what they know at the end. Most people I know dread taking algebra and I have such an affinity to it that I want to empower people to also not fearing this subject and knowing when situations come up, they actively look for "x" instead of running away. Things are hard only cause the mind hasn't grasped it yet but it can and will with my help.
