Hi, I'm Alena — a London-based ICF-certified life coach. The A Method is my signature framework for people ready to stop living on autopilot.
I work with thoughtful, capable people who function well on the outside — but feel conflicted, stuck, or quietly out of sync on the inside. Together we move from inner friction to clarity, agency, and aligned action.

What is the A. Method?
The A. Method is my signature coaching framework — built around seven interconnected principles that guide every transformation:
Awareness – Honest self-contact.
Acceptance – Ending inner war.
Agency – Owning your choices.
Authenticity – Living from personal truth.
Alignment – Inner and outer coherence.
Accountability – Responsibility without shame.
Action – Practical movement forward.
These principles work together — helping you understand yourself more deeply and translate insight into grounded, real-life change.
