About Bill
I have a great deal of patience with my students. Several have gone on to play in local bands. Since I have a background in recording, I am able to offer advice on that subject as well. Even if the student is not at the level to start recording their own compositions, I believe it is important to record themselves, even with a phone, to be able to critique their playing and document their progress.

I tailor my teaching approach to each individual student. I like to incorporate elements of music theory and proper techniques while also making it fun and teaching them songs they love and want to learn how to play. I have found that this keeps the students practicing and playing in between lessons.
