About Aiden
Hi, I'm Aiden! I'm currently studying Physics and Medical Physics with Bioengineering at university, and I achieved a H2 in Leaving Cert Higher Level Math, so I know exactly what it takes to do well in these subjects. Having gone through the Junior and Leaving Cert relatively recently, I understand the pressure students are under and what actually helps come exam time.
I've always enjoyed explaining things clearly and helping people understand concepts rather than just memorize them, which is a big part of why I want to tutor. I'm patient and approachable, and I get real satisfaction from seeing a student go from being stuck on a topic to genuinely understanding it. I want to help students build both the skills and the confidence they need to succeed in math and science.

I focus on building a genuine understanding of the material, not just memorising formulas or steps. We work through problems together, I break down where students are going wrong, and we build up exam technique with plenty of past-paper practice, especially in the lead-up to state exams. Sessions are adapted to each student's pace and the areas they find most difficult.
Lessons typically run 45-60 minutes. I'm currently a university student studying Physics and Medical Physics with Bioengineering, and I achieved a H2 in Leaving Cert Higher Level Maths, so I understand exactly what's needed to do well, having gone through the process myself recently. I teach Junior Cert and Leaving Cert students, and I'm comfortable working with all ability levels, from those needing extra support to those aiming for top grades.
