About Poppy
Eating well is tied to very personal experiences for me - and after working with nutritionists, psychologists, and studying what benefits different foods can have on the mind and body (both negative and positive), I feel ready to share this knowledge with others who seek balance and well-being in their everyday life!

My method is very personalized. I prefer to work one-on-one with students - starting with covering the basics/fundamentals, and moving into more specific concerns and learning requests the student may have. Alongside teaching 'eating well', I also go over other practices that can support positive eating behaviors.
