About DENI
Peace to all. My name is DENI and I am a multi-medium creative spirit. I have always been deeply passionate about the arts; from a young age I taught myself to play 11 instruments and I have freelanced as a photographer, model, and jazz musician. I am the first in my family to go abroad, and I have taught myself some Korean and Japanese. I consider myself a life-long adventurer, conscious risk-taker, and constant learner. Alongside my creativity, I have cultivated a strong foundation within my sacred spiritual practice. African Sacred Spirituality, Indigenous Herbalism, and Buddhism create my spiritual and wellness foundation. I am an active student of Herbalism, have received my sacred Dharma name in the Plum Village tradition, and currently have aspirations for initiation within my own ancestral African spiritual lineage. In nature is where I find my heart-space. Often you will find me cycling to the local lake or forest to ride or hike, where I decompress and find my center. I truly believe my calling is to be of service. I come from humble beginnings, and a life that has been filled with much Divine intervention (blessings and heaviness). I have extensive experience overcoming very heavy traumatic circumstances outside of my own control - and yet I've been blessed with the ability to keep my heart open to create a life that was better than it was before. I can help you create sustainable alternative lifestyles outside of the typical 9-5, marriage, home, retirement cycle. I believe we all can live a life filled with what we truly want it to be filled with. We CAN fill it with joy, ease, kindness, community, and respect for nature and ourselves. The world does not have to be a utopia for us to find our peace. Our peace is within us and has been - all along. I want to share my story and help guide other souls just like myself who are on the journey to reconnecting to our divinity - our most authentic, whole, and highest selves. By using the tools of compassion, kindness, and mindful awareness, I hope to inspire people to live more heart-centered, loving, and joyful lives. Ashé!

Peace and many blessings to you. First, may I request that you take a deep breath? Can you relax your jaw, abdomen, shoulders, and legs? Take another deep breath. I hope that gentle reminder brought some release. Your body deserves to be at ease.. you deserve ease.
My coaching services are here for just that - to assist you with your growth on your self-realization journey. I believe we all have a mission that is uniquely ours to fill. The world becomes a better place when we see our authentic selves in it, and in order for that to take place we must show up for ourselves, our heart, our spirit, and cultivate equanimity and ease within our mind.
A typical coaching session begins with a check-in and honing in on your needs and intentions for that session. We will do a deep dive into your current goals for growth, look at any possible blockages together, and use different narrative and circumstance exploration techniques to build new mental, emotional, and health-conscious pathways that support your overall wellbeing. We will often challenge narratives that no longer serve your alignment goals, and look for, together, current tools that may assist you on your path.
Every session will end with some sort of action item - this varies per client. Some prefer written work or research, other prefer affirmation work that is done more internally. We will have check-ins every 30 days to make sure my offerings are still aligned with you and your goals.
My coaching is always suited to my clients' needs. I am committed to creating an ethical, accessible, patient, supported, and non-judgmental space.
