About Tarn
For most of my life I have had a large interest in the study of math, science and logic. In high school I took IB math and physics as a way to learn more about my interests with the best teaching staff available to me. I have gone on to study in Aerospace Engineering. One of my favourite things to do is share what I have learned with others and see them succeed. I have unofficially tutored people for several years and would like to provide my service to a wider range of people. I believe that at its center, math is a simple subject that can be applied in complex ways if a strong foundation is laid.

I have a deep appreciation for many areas of mathematics as well as how it applies to the real world through physics and computer science. My style of teaching is to help build a strong basis of understanding that can enable success within coursework, as well as building a solid foundation for future areas of study. Academic success comes easiest when material is presented in an interesting and engaging way. With one-on-one tutoring, I am able to adapt material to create a comprehensive learning environment.
