About Kieran
Before my time studying Aerospace engineering, I studied Maths (A*), Physics (A) and Further Maths (A) at A Level. I am a creative, enthusiastic and empathetic character with a desire to advise and inspire others around me to better themselves and the world around them. I have tutored four students since the beginning of 2019 and with each one I have successfully tailored my tutoring to their style of working and their process of thought, so that they can learn the content efficiently and effectively. The feedback from each student has been overwhelmingly positive and they all felt like they were able to achieve much more than before. I am a third year Aerospace Engineering student at Bristol University and I am willing to provide GCSE maths tuition to those in need of a helping hand, to boost their ability, confidence and enthusiasm for maths, so that they can become high achievers in their GCSE exams and beyond. My lessons will consist of an explanation of key concepts that the student may be having trouble with, and then in order to ensure they have understood correctly, go through examples or past paper questions. Also, I will always make time to reflect on real world applications of a topic and ensure that the student can relate to how this is used in practice, as I believe this helps to cement understanding and to make the lessons more enjoyable and interesting.

I think Kieran is great at explaining difficult concepts in a simple and easy to understand way. He is very intelligent and fast learner, so even though he might not know something, he can understand it very quickly and explain it. I would highly recommend Kieran!
