About Flora
I am an Aerospace Engineer who actually knows rocket science! I am also pursuing a master's in space science and technology. I want to introduce math and physics to students in a way that eliminates the fear and replaces it with curiosity and excitement.

I focus on building strong conceptual understanding while helping students connect textbook formulas to real life applications. My teaching style is friendly and based on understanding and learning graph of individual student. I break down difficult topics into simpler steps, trying to connect topics to real life examples and encourage students to understand the problem rather than memorise formulas. I will also give practice questions after completion of a topic to check understanding and boost confidence.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes, although i can adjust the duration based on the student's need and pace.
I have tutored students of high School and also conducted few seminars on application based learning. and i am also an engineer and pursuing my masters degree in space science and technology, which has sharpen my mathematical and physics understanding to advanced level.
My lessons are suitable for leaving cert students, who are interested in strengthening fundamentals in maths or physics. Anyone looking for exam preparation, homework support or improved quantitative problem solving skills.
I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students learn, feel confident asking question and develop an interest in the subject. .
