About Maria
I have been involved in sports practically my whole life. I grew up doing rhythmic gymnastics for 10 years, along with a year of ballet, which gave me extensive knowledge of body control and flexibility, as well as a deep understanding of technique. Later, I started pole dance and, after two years, began teaching it. Currently, I teach classes for all levels, as well as stretching, flexibility, and conditioning classes, also focused on these aerial sports.

Spanish
Become more flexible and improve your balance, strength, and body control through various movements and conditioning exercises via stretching. In the classes, we will work on all parts of the body, practising different postures, splits, chest stands, bridges, and back bends through fluid movements. I have enjoyed working with people of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults, at different skill levels. No matter your experience, all exercises will be adapted to your needs. The training will start with a warm-up to get the body ready. Next, we will begin with exercises to warm up the specific area we will focus on, using proper technique and control to prevent injuries and adapt to the student's level. We will finish with more specific poses or movements to delve deeper into our goals, and finally, a cool down.
